I pretty much never ever used a coupon in the super market but I bought a lot of stuff with the supermarket sales. As soon as I saw the TLC "Extreme Couponing" last week, I knew that I had to start collecting coupons. I would be happy saving 50% but if I can save 95% off or get free items, that is? even better. Awesome idea. I don't think I have the drive for it though, but it is nice that using coupons can benefit others in a great way. I read a comment that a man used coupon shopping to create care packages for US Troops. I agree about the? Food Bank comment. These places wouldn't have to primarily depend on food donations coming in when they could do much of their own shopping. Unless I am mistaken on how that works.

I hope that people will donate, even if it is just one dollar. In the Miss America system, every contestant gets to raise money for the Children's Miracle Network. I raised money through facebook, and it made my heart smile SO much when people donated ANY amount! If you are reading this, please go donate! That dollar that you will no doubt end? up spending on something frivolous can instead be used to help homeless youth. Besides... 'tis the season! For giving! :D Good luck with your goal!
