All i did was change the paper bag, install a new belt, and install a different bolt on the lower handle. Besides the gaping hole on the outer bag it runs awesome! I thought the engine was seized at first since their was a metal plate stuck in the blades. I removed the metal plate, and the engine rotated, and later started after filling the tank with gas.
