@steev2300 The West should restrain its involvement by completely refraining from any contemplation of military force; it instead should open humanitarian channels in Eastern Libya and should airdrop supplies and humanitarian goods including food, water, medicine etc. and should regulate and allow for the opening of escape routes for civilians out of Benghazi.
